Registered business
The official registered business name is Focus Routehub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2019 in Mueang Phuket after its founders spent years coordinating southern Thailand wholesale deliveries and grew tired of cutoff meetings that relied on memory instead of shared diagrams.
Early work began with grocery and hospitality suppliers moving goods between mainland hubs and island destinations. Clients asked for clearer pictures of dwell and pier handoffs; those requests became the Visibility Assessment that remains our flagship engagement.
How we work
We read your logs, stand on your docks during peak windows, and draw the exceptions we observe. Charts are a means to a conversation with supervisors—not a substitute for walking the aisle. Technology appears where your WMS and spreadsheets already live; we do not install a separate product stack as the offer.
Working approach
Engagements stay small: a lead analyst and, when site size requires it, a field associate. We prefer fewer slides and more annotated floor plans. Values that guide the work include respect for shift rhythms, honesty about incomplete data, and findings that name a next physical action.
