Process

From scope call to floor-ready charts

Every monitoring engagement follows the same cadence so supervisors know when we will be on site and when findings arrive.

1. Scope call

Confirm depots, lanes, chilled vs ambient mix, and which logs you can share for the last 60–90 days.

2. Document pass

We chart rough dwell and exception patterns before arriving, so site days focus on verification and blind spots.

3. Peak-window walks

Escorted observation during outbound rushes—dock queues, staging lanes, and gate books included.

4. Findings session

Annotated maps and exception charts reviewed with operations leadership, then left as a written handoff.
