Refund Policy

This policy applies to professional engagements commissioned from Focus Routehub Co., Ltd., including Distribution Visibility Assessments, Outbound Flow Mapping, Exception Monitoring Setup, and Quarterly Route Performance Reviews.

Deposits

Most engagements require a deposit of 30% of the quoted fee to reserve analyst dates. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.

Cancellation by the client

• More than 14 days before the first scheduled site day: full deposit refund, minus any non-recoverable travel already purchased with your written approval.
• 7–14 days before the first site day: 50% of the deposit may be retained for reserved analyst time.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first site day, or after site work has begun: deposit is non-refundable; work completed is invoiced on a pro-rata basis.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to analyst availability. Later reschedules may incur a ฿5,000 administrative fee.

No-shows and denied access

If escorted access is not provided on a confirmed site day without 24 hours’ notice, that day may be charged as delivered for scheduling purposes.

Work already started

Document review, charting, and completed site days are billable. Unused future days may be refunded or credited according to the cancellation tiers above.

Materials and travel

Pre-approved travel, lodging, and printed materials are non-refundable once purchased. We seek your confirmation before incurring such costs.

Quarterly reviews

Quarterly Route Performance Review fees cover the analysis cycle. Cancellation after data collection has started for that quarter is non-refundable for that cycle; future quarters may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice before the cycle start.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank transfer refunds may require additional verification details.
