Focus Routehub provides professional supply chain monitoring and analytics engagements for distribution operations, including assessments, mapping, exception setup, and route reviews. Descriptions on this site are informational; the statement of work agreed in writing controls each engagement.

Acceptance and accounts

You confirm that you are authorized to request information or engage services on behalf of your organization. You agree to provide accurate contact details and operational information needed to perform scoped work.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Focus Routehub unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Client data and confidential operational records remain yours. You receive a license to use delivered findings for your internal operations.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or submit harmful or unlawful material through forms.

Fees and informational pricing

Published rates are guidance only. Invoices follow the signed engagement terms. This site does not process payments or checkout.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus Routehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or engagements. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under Thai law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket, Thailand, have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
