Distribution Visibility Assessment
An on-site review of stock movement, dock congestion, and lane delays across your depots, delivered as annotated maps and exception charts your operations team can act on.
Location: Client depots across Thailand; kickoff from Phuket
Who it is for
Distribution directors, warehouse managers, and fleet coordinators who need a clear picture of where inventory stalls between receiving and last-mile handoff.
What you receive

- Two to four on-site depot visits depending on cluster size
- Mapping of inbound, put-away, pick, and outbound checkpoints
- Visual exception report with annotated site diagrams
- 90-minute findings session with operations leadership
Outside this engagement
- Software licensing or ongoing hosted dashboards
- Carrier contract negotiation
- Physical warehouse redesign or racking changes
Who delivers the work
Lead analyst from Focus Routehub with a field associate for site walks
How the assessment unfolds
- Scope call to confirm depots, lanes, and available logs
- On-site observation during peak outbound windows
- Charting of dwell, fill, and exception patterns
- Findings workshop and written handoff
Preparation
Share the last 60–90 days of outbound manifests, inventory snapshots, and any existing delay logs. Arrange escorted access to docks and yard gates.
Constraints
Assessments require escorted access during operating hours. Hazardous cargo areas may need additional clearances from your HSE lead.
